Kind Words

At the start of year 9, I began to feel like I didn’t fit in at school. It was like everyone around me was turning away and building friendship groups and I was on the outside. I felt isolated and bad about myself. I started seeing Suzi and talked to her about how I was feeling, she made me feel accepted and listened too. Suzi helped me see that my thoughts were quite unhelpful which I never really noticed before. We are working on how I can think more positively about myself which has been really helpful. My outlook of school is not so negative and I feel more confident being around my peers and building friendships.
